Rent Collections

At Garden State Realty Management, we offer NJ property management services which include but are not limited to rent collection so there is no hassle for residents. Rent can be paid by check or money order and entered into the database. No cash will be accepted unless authorized by the owner. This form of hassle free collection of rent provides the owner with peace of mind in addition to more free time. All the resident has to do is mail in their payment. This way, no more excuses as to tardiness on payment of rent.

Tenant Screening

At Garden State Realty Management we offer resident screening, so you, as the owner, know exactly who is renting your unit and whether or not they have rental history.

Property Maintenance Services

Whatever your investment needs might be we have the staff and contacts to get the job done, from minor repairs to gut renovations involving plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Our clients consist of individual owners with diverse ownership objectives and servicing requirements. Our client is our number one concern and their real estate holdings are our main objective. Garden State Realty Management wants you as an owner of one unit or one thousand to reach the understated goals as soon as you sign with us.

Eviction Processing

As NJ property managers, we take care of the eviction process. We take the necessary legal action towards evicting residents by filing a warrant of removal once the court non-payment action has been completed. With the service of a constable, a resident will be served and locked out of their unit should this become necessary. The landlord will be kept informed as to who is being served with a warrant of removal and who is being locked out, before it occurs.

Court Representation (bookkeeping)

We at Garden State Realty Management will handle the filing of your non-payments in a timely manner and will represent the bookkeeping records in court along with the representation of an attorney. Keeping the owner informed of the outcome.

Section 8, HUD and other rent assistance agencies Program Management Specialists:

Our staff is knowledgeable on the rules and regulations of Section 8 as well as the public housing programs in the area. From completing documentation to preparing the apartment to pass multiple required inspections you can rest assured the processes will be completed seamlessly.

Attorney/Constable Network

Here at Garden State Realty Management we have several attorney firms and constable firms that we do business with. Their fees are affordable and they offer excellent service. If the owner has their own constable and/or law firm, we will accommodate and work with them in the best interest of the owner.
